This lovely little folding saw for fine pruning jobs in the garden has a specially shaped beechwood handle and a simple locking device to keep the blade in place.
Ibara-me teeth are angled to cut both along and across the grain, giving a very fast, efficient action. Cuts on the pull stroke, like all Japanese saws, it measures 42cm long by 4cm at the widest point of the handle when expanded and 24cm long folded. It is designed to cut wood up to 60cm in diameter.
Please take extra care when using the saw, it is sharp and needs careful handling.
